QUALITY ASSURANCE

Sea-NC Engineering Ltd are audited bi yearly by ISOQAR, the interim annual surveillance visits are conducted to confirm that we continue to meet the ISO accreditation criteria. Where problems are revealed by external audits the auditor takes prompt and effective corrective action to ensure that the problem is not only fixed but also that it is unlikely to EVER happen again. This provides Sea-NC Engineering a mechanism for continual quality improvements which assures the customer that our quality management system is under constant scrutiny both internally and, crucially, by an independent third party.

DISPATCH

Dispatched quality components are chemically cleaned with a thorough visual inspection which is implemented during and after the quality control process. Each part is meticulously cleaned and individually wrapped, labelled or "hot dipped" to our customers exact requirements assuring damage free parts in transit. Packaging and presentation is as precise as the machining process itself, ensuring attention to detail at all times.
